Personal care, Beauty, Home garden, health care & Home care product categories are Non-Returnable. (But in certain cases, For returns initiated due to reasons other than product defect or order error (e.g., accidental order, change of mind, or no longer needed), a Restocking Fee of 25% of the original invoice value shall be deducted from the final refund amount. Refunds for returned items will be processed for 75% of the original purchase amount to cover processing and restocking expenses. This means a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from any order which is supposed to be returned. This fee constitutes a genuine pre-estimate of the administrative and operational costs incurred in inspecting, repackaging, and processing the return.)

The Return and refundable policies are applicable for Books, stationary, Bags and Luggage products. The return period is of 7 days. Amount will get refunded in 2-3 days, after we receive the product.

In order for the Goods which are eligible to return as per the mentioned above second option, please make sure that:

The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days

The following Goods cannot be returned:

The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us which belongs to returnable goods category as mentioned above. You should send the Goods at the following address: Vasudev Commodity, 77, toravi road, Vijayapura Karnataka-586102, India. Reverse pick up through associated logistic courier partner.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Reverse Logistics and Refund Policy:
Upon receiving your formal confirmation via electronic communication (replying 'YES'), we shall initiate the reverse pickup process for the subject order. The refund process will be triggered immediately upon receipt and successful quality inspection of the returned merchandise at our fulfillment center. Please note that the credit will be reflected in the original payment source within a window of 3 to 7 business days, subject to the processing timelines of the respective banking institutions.
Enforceable Digital Contracts: Under Section 10A of the Information Technology Act, 2000, electronic contracts (including "Terms and Conditions, Return Policy and Privacy Policy" which are accepted at checkout) are as legally binding as paper ones.
