  • How do I place an order?
    To place an order, follow these steps: 1. Select the product you wish to purchase. 2. Click on 'Add to Cart'. 3. Sign up or log in to your account. 4. Add your shipping address and mobile number. 5. Make an online payment through Razorpay. Your order will then be placed successfully.
  • How do I confirm my order?
    After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email at your registered email address. This email will contain all the details of your order.
  • How long will it take to deliver my order?
    The delivery time for your order is typically between 4-10 days. You can track your order status through our website for more precise updates.
  • How can I track my order?
    After placing your order, you will receive a dispatch email within 2-3 days containing the courier name and tracking number. You can also track your order by signing into our website and clicking on the 'Order Summary' tab.
  • Is my Pin-code serviceable?
    Your pin-code will be serviceable. If not in some cases then, whole Refund will be initiated immediately.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
