How to place an Order?Select the product---> Click on Add to Cart-----> Sign up or Login Details----->Add Shipping Address & Mobile Number-----> Make an Online Payment through Razorpay and done, Your Order will be placed.

How to Confirm the Order?Once you placed the order, you will get an Order Confirmation mail to the registered E-mail address.

How long will take to deliver the Order?On an Average period in between 4-10 days of duration, your order will be delivered.

How to Track the Order?Once placed the order, you will get the Dispatch order e-mail in 2-3 days. The tracking details of Courier name and its Tracking number will be available in it. You can also track, by signing in the website, and clicking on the 'Order Summary' Tab of the vasudev commodity website.

Is my Pin-code serviceable?Your pin-code will be serviceable. If not in some cases then, whole Refund will be initiated immediately.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
