Ashwagandha known as 'Withania somnifera' and commonly known as Indian Winter cherry? or ?Indian Ginseng?.It contains naturally occurring steroids, does not induces to weight gain but act as a good hair growth promoter and also to treat acne upto certain extent.

Dose: 1 tablespoon with milk twice a day or ad advised by the physician.
